    Dear Dave Windle,

I love the idea that performing hyperopic lasik on a dimpled cornea involves just "zapping" the problem away. Making a cornea more curved is incredibly difficult, and they tend to regress. If that cornea has already been dimpled centrally in a myopic treatment the problems are increased (putting it mildly). Some people think that a tight contact lens and Acular (I think) can work in a case like yours - you might want to ask your opthalmologist.

I'm not getting at anyone, but given that everyone who uses this site has, obviously, access to the web, I am amazed that more people have not made use of what the web contains.
