What can I say apart from WOW !!!!! I had my eyes done with the wavefront laser surgery on 25th September and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done in my life. I had worn glasses since I was 6 years old and for the last 23yrs had relied on glasses or contact lenses to get me through the day, I had a prescription of
-6.50 in the right eye and -6.25 in the left. Also I had astigmatism in both eyes. I was absolutely petrified on the morning of the surgery and spent the 20 minutes before I went in shaking like a leaf. Daryus and his team were fantastic throughout especially for a "wimp" like me. The actual procedure was quick and painless. Even though they tell you this beforehand, you still have your doubts. But really it is !!!! I sat up and could see straight away. I was probably one of the lucky ones as afterwards I had none of the watering eyes or gritty feeling which they tell you to expect. It is now 9 days since I had the surgery. I have been for my first week check up and I have a vision of 20/20 in the left eye and 20/10 in the right. I am still amazed when I wake up in the morning that I can now see my alarm clock !!! I would recommend Accuvision to anyone and have already recruited a couple of candidates who I think were using me as a guinea pig !!
