I like many others have spent the last couple of years pondering if I should have this operation. My eye sight is -4.5 in both eyes, I am 42 and still fairly active. 2 weeks before my operation my girlfriend told me I should go for it, which thank goodness I did what I was told!! From the initial consultation through to surgery it was 10 days. From picking up the phone to the operation I must say that Accuvision were the most professional company I have ever come across. I now have better than 20/20 vision and just over one week after the operation have just completed a 100km charity walk across the South Downs in 27 hours for Gurkha Trust / Oxfam, this was without glasses or contacts and it was bloody amazing!!
