Fantastic - From the moment I walked into Tees Sight Clinic I knew this place was 'the one'. Paula, the lovely lady on the desk was always most polite and called the day before to remind you of your appointment - excellent service. After the initial consultation (half hour which was free) Hans, the consultant, discussed price and the procedures in great detail. The pre-assessment (£40) Hans was thorough and asked any questions I had. Why I chose Tees Sight Clinic was it's locality (a 20 minute drive from home), and Hans does the pre-assessment and performs the surgery which for me was comforting to know. Excellent service through out, staff extremely friendly. Had my right eye done first them my left 6 weeks later, cannot lie did have a few problems with my right eye but Mr Soeldner, the surgeon was brilliant! The after-care i received was fantastic and due to Hans been a trained eye surgeon i felt that i was in very good hands. I would highly recommend Tees Sight Clinic to anyone who is looking for surgery in an environment that caters for your needs and concerns, treating you as an individual rather than just another customer. The prospect of increased travel in my job gave me the initial impetus to consider having laser eye surgery; I was keen to eliminate fiddly contact lenses from my daily routine. A quick search of local options led me to Tees Sight Clinic. I was particularly attracted by Mr Soeldner's proven track record as a surgeon and by the comprehensive after-care package on offer. I had thought about having my eyes done for the last couple of years but couldnt pluck up the courage, until my cousin told me about her experience with Hans and his team and how wonderful it had been. This was the reassurance I needed to go ahead, I hope by posting this review I can reassure others who like me keep hesitating. On my first visit to the clinic I met Mr Soeldner (Hans) who looked after me from that point on through all of the tests and the actual procedures, this was great as dealing with one person made me feel very comfortable and his professionalism and calm manner were very confidence inspiring.
